Download and fill out an application for the Urgent Need Program if you have less than a 7-day supply of insulin and will run out before you can access insulin affordably. This application will provide you with a one-time, 30-day supply of your insulin from a pharmacy for a $35 copay. (This can only be used once every 12 months, except in special cases. Go to your pharmacy with the application, your identification proving you are a Minnesota resident, and $35. You must have a current prescription for the insulin you use.
